How to set up a projector and notes when using the projector
The projector is no stranger to us. However, many people are still wondering if using the machine is complicated and difficult to use? GREEN Electronics will show you how to use the projector properly and the notes when using the projector.
1 Instructions on how to use the projector
Step 1: Connect the signal wire
To perform the step of connecting the signal cord to the projector. First, you must use a VGA cable (the same 2 ends) to connect, plugging into a port with a VGA noticing on both the computer and the projector.
Note: When the plug insertsheld you into the slot, tighten the plug to ensure the best connectivity. When removing, you hold the plug (without having the cord) to pull out, do not break up and down the plug cord.
Step 2: Connect the power supply.
For the power supply to connect to the projector, users need to be aware of the voltage level from 100 - 200V to ensure the projector equipment works best and most stable.
Note: While using the projector, you should not turn it off suddenly, which makes the projector bulb vulnerable to damage and reduces the lighting life of the bulb; it is necessary to perform the shutdown of the machine by the instructions for the use of the machine to ensure the most stable operation of the device.
Step 3: Start the projector.
When starting the projector, do the following: Open the projector cover (if any) >> Turn on the switch behind the body (if any) >> Press the Power button (1 time).
If the projector has just turned off, to reopen, you wait for the fan in the camera to stop recording before turning it back on.
Step 4: Export the projector
Once the projector and computer have completed the connection and startup steps, the next step is to export the projector to the slide show simply.
However, if the signal has not yet issued, you check:
- Check cable connectors and projectors: Choose the correct signal performance port
- Check the computer (or other signal sources) to open the signal port
Or you can also conduct the test as follows:
- Right-click at Desktop/Graphics Option/Output to/Desktop
- Or connect and turn on the projector before turning on your Laptop
Step 5: Use the controls on the projector
Depending on the projection location, the distance between the camera and the close-up projection screen, we can use the projector’s controls. Some common control command buttons on the projector are as follows:
- TILT button adjustment: Used to enhance, lower the height of the lamp
- Zoom button adjustment: to enlarge, shrink image size
- Adjust the Focus button: To adjust the sharpness of the image (Some lines use Auto Focus).
- You need to combine the Zoom and Focus buttons to adjust the lights so that the content is most visible.
Step 6: Turn off the projector
To turn off the projector after it's done using it, by pressing the POWER button (2 times)
Note: You should wait for the projector's fan to stop working entirely before unpinning the power cord to avoid the risk of damage and reduce the lamp life.
2 Some notes when using a projector
Place the projector in an airy position.
Because the projector itself, when operating, will radiate a large amount of heat if using the projector for many hours in conditions where the room temperature is greater than 33 degrees Celsius, plus the secure mounting place will be straightforward to cause self-interruption because of overheating.
Therefore, you should put the machine in an excellent, dry position. The projector's air exit door needs to be placed away from the wall, not to interfere with the air release process of the machine.
Use the projector in a reasonable time.
After using the projector, you should turn off the projector so that it has time to rest. It is recommended to use the projector at a reasonable time to ensure the best operating time of the bulb.
Do not uncle off the power immediately after shutdown.
Immediately after the shutdown, you should not use unpled or disconnect the projector power. Because the projector has not entirely turned off, the projector fan cooling system is still working; when the fan stops working, you will turn off the power supply. The sudden withdrawal of the power supply quickly caused the bulbs and projector components to be damaged.
Regularly clean the projector. you should maintain the projector
The projector should be heldyou should hold the projector every 3 months to prevent long-term dirt from accumulating, avoiding the heat dissipation system from causing high internal temperature and high noise during the projector's operation. Therefore, you should regularly clean the projector to ensure that the projector is always in the best condition.
